Bug Report

Expected behavior/code
Deleting a user with an email containing non-ascii such as johndoe@mathématiques.fr should not raise an error.

Actual Behavior
The SQLAlchemy query on this line raises the following error:

UnicodeEncodeError
'ascii' codec can't encode character '\xe9' in position 13: ordinal not in range(128)
