adds basic structure
I have explored this issue in detail ,also the the gameV1alpha client,gameServerSet and gameServer CR,used gin to create the api server.
I am willing to contribute to this for LFX Mentorship @ringtail @chrisliu1995
I will be making more contributions to this under LFX mentorship.
