I have oberved that within the network-model.gpkg > NetworkLinks layer, the ELR (Engineers Line Reference) data points are incorrect.
For example, Barthomley Jn to Crewe North Staffs Junction provides an ELR of MVE1 (Manchester Victoria to Bolton) in data. It should be KCS1 - Kidsgrove to Crewe South.
Likewise, Crewe North Junction to Sandbach provides an ELR of FUR (Furzebrook Sidings Branch) where is should read CMP1 - Crewe North Junction to Edgeley Junction No 1.
The network-model.gpkg > ReferenceLines layer appears correct (at least for the nodes I have checked).
I appreciate that the data errors may come from source (NR), however, I am raising this issue to see if there is anything that can be done.
Kindest Regards

Good spot, @JonathanMoss! The gpkg file is generated by a script - the errors may well be in the source data. I will check and feed back to Network Rail if it turns out the error is upstream.
