  • Need an authoritative calendar of short and long range planning for projects that's not Meetup.
  • Stick to calendar.
  • Be flexible and responsive if needs arise that cause calendar to change.

I have a proposed solution here. TeamUp is an excellent and free collaborative calendar tool that other Brigades use. To show everyone how it works, I've set up events.opensavannah.org to take you to a proposed calendar format.

This could help with the issue mentioned by @kplawver about looping people in better.
