Is this OpenVINO Fork supposed to use the NPU of eg Intel Meteor Lake CPUs?

Hey there,

As the title states, I would love to know if this should already work with Meteor Lake NPUs via OpenVINO, or if this is maybe a feature that is currently missing. I've spent quite some time trying to get SD or even text-generating AI stuff to work on the NPU of a Meteor Lake CPU, but with no luck yet.

Since this fork is based especially on OpenVINO, I thought this would probably be one of my best bets.
