I would like to start a discussion on unified APIs in Credo for all the new features.

IMO we need:

unified base interface for credential types, adding claimFormat ,payload, and common claims (such as issuer).
unified interface for configuring trust for credentials, exchanges in OID4VC and DIDComm, etc.. This should handle X509 certificates, dids, etc..

It's now somewhat of a mess. We added a lot of new APIs and now have the knowledge to know how we can simplify those and unify them again.
