Date Turned In *Enhancement*

It was brought up to us that it would be nice to have the ability to see what the date\time and assignment was turned in on the laptop side of the system instead of having it timestamped based on the Sync date\time. This would help faculty better track when assignments are being turned in to help track deadlines.

This was requested by Billy from Vermont Community College.
