Multiple file upload mechanism needed

As importing and tagging items is a key function of this project, it needs a multiple file upload capability that would let you tag many items at once and place them into the upload queue. This would allow a user to add duplicate metadata to many items in the queue at once.

In addition the user would need an easy way to edit the upload queue'd items with unique metadata where needed.
