openwrt-backup -g
sync && reboot
再更新试试

可以了，成功升级，感谢
什么原因造成的呢，每次重新刷机之后都需要运行该命令吗

一般不用，看你发的日志，是挂载点乱了，所以先重新修复一下，再重启更新就好了。

重刷固件之后在更新，依然这种情况，发现是mmcblk2p4空间只有1g，不够解压固件
