I cannot use reusable workflows in GitHub Actions (in different repos inside the same organization) because I think they require internal repositories. However, my account only allows private or public repositories, with no option for internal repositories.
I’ve read that switching the payment method from credit card to invoice enables internal repositories and reusable workflows, but this workaround seems unclear and unrelated to repository features.
Why is payment method linked to additional features?
Can reusable workflows be made available without this limitation?
Note:
The error is: error parsing called workflow : workflow was not found
My workaround was to use GH CLI and it is working. I also do not think that token permissions are the problem if I can use GH CLI
Thanks
