If you are using self-hosted runner, could you restart your RunnerSet/Listener/Controller in charge of the workflow? |

This isn't a scaled cloud installation but rather custom onprem hardware jump servers. The runner service there is fine and connected, the issue really seems to be on GitHub's side. |
