Hey,

I would like to know how I can use a service account in my organization. For example, do I create a new user account in AD and use tokens for different tasks or there is something else like a "robot" to do this?

The organization has SSO enforce, but is more regarding the license stuff, if I need an extra license for or having as a robot this service account
