Description
When a team is added to the bypass list of a repository ruleset, it remains in the list even after the team is deleted. This results in the deleted team still being considered in the bypass list, leading to unexpected errors when saving a change in the ruleset.
Besides this, when updating the ruleset, an error is thrown when saving it.
Expected Behavior
When a team is deleted, it should automatically be removed from the bypass list of the corresponding repository ruleset and allow to perform changes on the ruleset.
Steps to Reproduce
Actual Behavior
Impact
This behavior causes confusion and does not allow to update the ruleset until the non-existing team is manually removed from the bypass list.
