Can I use meshtastic in Latin America?

Hello I am from El Salvador and I have a project week coming up and I was searching for project ideas in you tube and I find about meshtastic and I want to know if I can use meshtastic in my country?

Perhaps you can check it for the common meshtastic frequencies and see what you says?
