I'd like to disable overdrag with overdrag: false, but it doesn't work as expected.

@wong2, see callstack/react-native-pager-view#114.

Unfortunately, overdrag was struck from @react-native-community/viewpager and hasn't been reintroduced.

This is an issue for me too, as it breaks back-on-drag functionality when a tab navigator is nested within a stack navigator.
