Allow customisation of offline map rendering colours

I mostly like to use the offline vector map rendering instead of the tile servers, and there are already different profiles available (osmand vs mapnik vs ...).

My problem with most of them is that they are very high contrast. I really like the wikipedia map tiles (for example). But instead of adding more specific profiles, what would be cool to have is a simple editor to create your own profiles. It wouldn't even have to expose all parameters (or maybe based on this json format? https://git.irde.st/spacekookie/osmtiles/-/blob/main/tiles.json).

Anyway, curious about what you think about this
