The device: Samsung Tab S2 (SM-T813)
OS: 20-20230813-UNOFFICIAL-gts210vewifi, that is Android 13
Osmand version 4.5.10 for Arm64, rendering engine version 1
Plugin-app: contour-lines
Downloaded maps: Germany standard, Germany contour lines and Germany hillshades (the last with 353MB)
Cache: deleted, app terminated and restartet
Switches in "configure map": contour lines=on, hillshades=on
Result: contour lines and no hillshades ...
But:
Another device: Cubot Max (phone)
OS: 14.1-20210719-UNOFFICIAL-MAX, that is Android 7.1.2
Osmand version 4.5.10 for Arm64, rendering engine version 1
Plugin-app: contour-lines
Downloaded maps: Germany standard, Germany contour lines and Germany hillshades (the last with 353MB), this map is shown in "local maps" with 141MB ...
Cache: deleted, app terminated and restartet
Switches in "configure map": contour lines=on, hillshades=on
Result: contour lines and hillshades ...
Why don't I get hillshades on my tablet?
