When I import tracks into a folder I created, only the track color and the line thickness I defined for this folder are applied. I also set start and destination symbols and arrows to be shown but they are ignored. I always have to set them again. This is rather annoying if you import several tracks. I use LocalSend to transfer the files and import them in the my places menu from the menu of the folder. When I created that folder I had about 50 files to place there. I did this via USB cable. I copied the files from/with my PC directly to that folder and all tracks showed the desired color, lines, symbols and the arrows. I just tested the direct copy from PC with one file again and voila, it works. The track has every thing set for this folder.
Steps to reproduce
See above.
Actual result
See above.
Expected result
Appearance settings for track lines should really work.

I could not reproduce the bug. Below are the methods I used to verify:
Creating Tracks in OsmAnd:
Created a folder and configured default appearance settings (color, line thickness, start/destination symbols, and direction arrows).
Created three tracks in OsmAnd without custom appearance settings.
Transferred these tracks to the folder. Result: All appearance settings were correctly applied to the tracks.
Importing Tracks from Third-party Sources:
Downloaded three external tracks to the phone's memory.
Imported these tracks using My Places → Folder (with appearance settings) → Three Dots (upper-right) → Import. Result: All appearance settings were applied correctly.
Importing Tracks via USB:
Transferred four tracks directly from a computer to the folder using a USB cable. Result: All appearance settings were successfully applied.
Please feel free to provide additional details if there's any specific step I might have missed to reproduce the issue.
It is strange! I transferred testtrack.gpx with LocalSend (Wifi) and then imported it via folders menu of two folders. In tester it got arrows in Touren not. Touren contains a still small number of 47 files.
Happily this is a small glitch. I can use the USB cable for several files. Single files I can reformat.
