https://github.com/osmcode/osmcode.github.io/blob/master/_opl_file_format/01_introduction.md contains the statement "Osmium can read and write OPL files." but what would be really useful is if that statement hyperlinked to an example that demonstrated that. The "5. Usage Examples" below are just examples demonstrating e.g. grep and sed; they provide no information about actually creating files in this format.
