How should we solve overlapping or duplicative working groups/projects?

Strategic Summit II will be held the week of 13Nov. Our main goal with this 2hr session will be to try and answer the following questions:

• Where do you see overlap in our TIs?
• What do you propose we do about overlap areas?
• How can we collaborate better together across the TIs to fulfill our MVSR?
• how can we get better awareness around our TIs/projects to drive up adoption?
