Feature request - use hostnames as device host addresses

I'd like to use hostnames instead of IPs as Device host addresses for OSC messages. The reason is to avoid keep track of IPs if/when they expire on the DHCP services.

Right now I have the following (expected) debug message when I try to do so:

Debug: OSC Protocol error:  Invalid argument [system:22] (OSCDevice:93)
