Application crash when leiningen tries to load a dep that is broken or doesn't exist #5

There are two ways to re-create this bug:

Call create REPL on a project with a bad dep in the project.clj
Use the new (lein-new :template-name :project-name) for a template that doesn't exist

oddly this is also caused iff trying to use the noir tempalte...
