All lengths predicted to less than age one were assigned to be age-1 fish?

  • Might be good to revisit for estimating M of age-0 fish. Could look at the actual lengths of age-0 fish to see if their lengths overlap with the lengths that were assumed to be age-1 fish after lumping all lengths smaller than those predicted to be age-1 fish as age-1 fish. Probably does not make that big of a difference when compiled with everything else.
  • The simplest method possible was used to get ages from lengths, i.e., a von Bert growth curve, and Andre wanted to use a binning method that is more complicated. The complicated method should be revisited if CEATTLE is going to be used as a production model.
