rxDock installer is not supported on Windows

Your docs make no mention that rxDock is not installable on Windows via installer, per https://gitlab.com/rxdock/rxdock/-/blob/master/INSTALL.md?ref_type=heads

Instead, (according to the link) people need to install VisualCode and install via commandline. This quickly becomes a lot of overhead for early entrants without a comp sci background such as students. It's so ... 2003.

Any chance we can get an update on the install process for Windows users?
