The Feedback following the 2nd Periodic Report states:

The DMP template is very well structured and
provides value to RIs through helping them to specify their FAIR data policies. It is recommended that the partners
provide 1-2 examples of completed forms (templates) in order to help RIs understand how to fill-in the DMP template
and how to answer the relevant questions. Moreover, a set of relevant instructions could be also useful for each one of
the fields of the template. on page 5
