Handle closing subscription streams before server responds with an id

1. Set a flag that even though we didn't get the ID yet the listener is not interetsed any more
2. If the response with ID comes soon enough then unsubscribe.
3. Otherwise clean up (after some timeout) to avoid memleak - in case the server didn't respond.
