Does the library only work with Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 Redistributable? Or for Office 365 can I use Microsoft Access Database Engine 2016 Redistributable?

I think, if I recall correctly, it only works with 2010. There's a PR that was opened a while ago that would address this. I haven't had time to look into it 😔
