It is not clear what distribution is affected nor what it is going to happen.

$ python manage.py import_from_datajson
Catalog does not have a license. Setting it to None.
72685628-9fef-4e72-8097-6b65ee036b5f folder does not have a file
fde027c1-3bfe-4412-8ad1-d468e4457c69 folder does not have a file
