Please add support for InfluxDB 3.0

This is a cool project that I'd like to use and promote with others, however please consider adding support for InfluxDB Cloud (3.0) - free one that is 'Serverless' as lot's of users will benefit from it. Thanks!

It should be possible to add the influxdb3-go library and write the data to an Influx 3.0 endpoint, with the proper api keys. And see if it can run besides of instead of the current influxdb1-client for 1.8 compatibility. We currently do not have the need for this, but Pull Requests are welcome.

Also have a look at issue #2 that puts a metrics proxy in front of influx v2. Maybe a similar solution can be used for influx v3?
