I need to move/create some functions in the functions folder

  • Wildfire damage
  • Data normalization
  • Pandas dtypes
  • Converting strings into booleans

etc.

I shouldn't be running the wildfire damage script after the fact. I shouldn't be casting dtypes in a half-assed way. There's still too much going on in the dataframe generation scripts.
