Clouds slider looks wrong #414

Noticed when checking my work in phetsims/chipper#1177.

The cloud slider currently looks like this:

It should look like this:

image

Guessing the width and height of the slider got reversed somehow, I'll take a look.

After some investigation, I figured out changes in phetsims/sun#717 were the cause. I'll comment why over there.
