In the old version of Energy Skate Park, the slider for friction has "tick marks." I use those tick marks to tell students how much friction to use. They are missing from the HTML5 version.

Currently, the is no way to set a reproducible amount of friction in ESP and ESPB. We often use constrainValue to snap the slider thumb in consistent intervals. That will likely be the solution here, but we can discuss when republishing this sim.

No work is currently planned, so I'm going to unassign myself.

This seems like an easy and straightforward feature to add in for the character set publication. @amanda-phet thoughts?
