Credits for 1.0 release

Update credits for the HTML5 version of this sim. The current credits are:

I made a first pass at updating the credits based on the Java legacy credits, who is listed in the Models of the Hydrogen Atom HTML5 design document, and who I can recall working with on this sim. Here's what we have so far:
