This was delayed due to tauri-apps/tauri#3334 being unreleased at the time.
Remove workaround in Github actions.

This makes it much harder to develop CubeShuffle on Windows for Tauri as workarounds have to be used. No impact on the resulting build output ones workarounds have been used.
