Stop the flight time once the engines are turned off

Pilots who at destination shut down engines and forget to send the pirep, when they realise and send it they have added much more time than they should.
Is there a possibility to stop the flight time once the engines are turned off?

This will also provide much realistic "Flight Time" calculations according to current regulations. It would be nice to have this integrated in vmsAcars.

In theory, flight time should end either at all engines off or pirep filed, whichever comes first.
