Apply pedestal and gain corrections in-memory from the raw data

See nexusformat/definitions#711 (though we will not wait for this to finish)

Will need to read the links to pedestal/gain NeXus files and apply them. See #8.

Include possible hardware acceleration on CORI.

Consider re-using existing SwissFEL code
