Add option to quickly clone a GitHub repo via Git.exe

Reason

Most of my .compile files are made specifically with my folder layout in mind. Meaning to simply compile my scripts, you would need to lay your own folders out in exactly the same way as me.

Git-in-ator should be Get-in-ator. The idea now is to make a tool that can be designed to download anything through the first argument which will download it to Compile-in-ator's temp folder or via an optional second argument to check if the file already exists on your local drive and uses that instead
