2023-01-14 ~ New repo: @javarome's #noframework

OMG! This repo has been up for two weeks - and I did not notice and remark on its creation. I was distracted away from this project for a few days. My bad!

Thank you for this excellent effort, @Javarome!!! It gives me encouragement to pursue this project and begins to indicate that we can provide resources that are used and appreciated.

BTW, the title of the repository, "#noframework", is significant. The "#" turns the title into a hashtag that is not only useful in github, Twitter and most likely elsewhere

#noframework has been added to the plain-javascript repos and to any others that come along.
