Add-PnPEntraIDServicePrincipalAppRole no response

Hi, I'm trying to add app's role with command "Add-PnPEntraIDServicePrincipalAppRole", however it doesn't response after calling. I've logged in with Connect-PnPOnline ... -DeviceLogin, and registered enterprise apps with permission "AppRoleAssignment.ReadWrite.All and Application.Read.All". About 30min after first calling, it shows verification code expired...

Is there any service down? The command "Get-PnPAzureADServicePrincipalAssignedAppRole" doesn't response too.

I've noticed on 9, Sep the Connect-PnPOnline changed, but shouldn't be like this...... (my script works last month......)
