Set-PnPUserProfileProperty with PnP.Powershell 3.0 not working

I installed PnP.Powershell 3.0, but since then, Set-PnPUserProfileProperty no longer works. With version 2.12, I used the command Set-PnPUserProfileProperty -useweblogin, which no longer works in version 3.0. Now, when I run Set-PnPUserProfileProperty, I get the following error message:

Set-PnPUserProfileProperty: This operation requires you to be managing your own data or have administrator privileges.

How do I use Set-PnPUserProfileProperty with PnP.Powershell 3.0?
