It seems the Cloud Metrics team is working on optimizing their architecture and won't be able to get to Hydrocron log ingestion in the short term. In the short term, the API Gateway offers this dashboard:

@frankinspace and @torimcd - Does this give us enough info to describe usage patterns? Otherwise we could identify a few key logs that produce metrics we want to capture and create metrics from them. I have explored this too much but this documentation might be helpful if we go this route.
