Is your feature request related to a problem? If so, please describe.

The plugin will work, but the function is different from Google SDK

What feature or improvement would you like to see?

Update Vungle methods to be equal to Google SDK such as VunglePrivacySettings setGDPRStatus and receive a bool instead of an integer
