For Windows, binary is renamed to [name].exe
For Linux/Mac, binary is renamed to contain only [name] with no extensions

64-bit exe seems faster

1. kftrack (with twosegtrack)

Added chmod +x to linux call to kftrack binary
kftrack.r rewritten to make proper calls to ukfsst executable
Removed cygwin1.dll
R CMD INSTALL -- build  can work without Rtools installed (at least on 32-bit sys)
Use one line, instead of file.copy, as below:
error.code <- system(paste(.path.package("kftrack"), "/admb/", filename, " ", admb.string, sep = ""))

2. kfsst - deprecated

Added hidden plotting functions from kftrack directly into ukfsst
get.reynolds replaces get.sst.from.server (documentation updated)
kfsst.r rewritten to make proper calls to ukfsst executable

4. trackit

trackit.r rewritten to make proper calls to ukf executable
deltat.dat and deltat.tab updated through 2020
