Updating Paws::SESv2::Message to support Headers #442

According to https://aws.amazon.com/about-aws/whats-new/2024/03/amazon-ses-headers-sending-email/ it's now possible to include a Headers array for Simple content in a SendEmail request.

However, Paws::SESv2::Message doesn't yet allow it. Would it be possible to add support for this?
