HHKB fn key is not work #1495

I used 2 HHKB like split keyboard.
If I'd like to press F1 key, I press Fn key from right keyboard and 1 key from left keyboard.
But, It's not work.

So I'd like to make complex modifications, but Event Viewer can't catch my Fn key

is it keyboard's structural problem? or just couldn't catch that?
