create more examples from tutorials (outdated) heat-exchange, multiple participants

First try turned out to:

https://github.com/precice-forschungsprojekt/PreCICE-Genesis/tree/create-example-2-(3-participants)
It currently fails the test regarding the topology schema:
jsonschema.exceptions.ValidationError: 'HeatFlux' is not one of ['Force', 'Displacement', 'Temperature', 'HeatTransfer', 'Pressure', 'Velocity']

And i am not sure if the example is what uekerman wanted, because it just adds a 3rd participant currently.
