hi there, May I know, what's the different (scope of access) between the admin and regular user?

Admin user is Administrator who can make system level settings like Adding new module, Add/delete fields, add/remove users and can set access control.

Regular user is one who have access provided by the admin user. For example, if Admin has allowed any regular user to have an access to only Property module then other modules will not be available for him.
