In some situations, the tool changer moves too much against the end stop with loud bang and skips a few steps maybe. As a result, in some situations the zero point is not set quite correctly, leading to unclean docking and undocking.
At least that's the only way I can explain it at the moment. But I'm not 100% sure.
How to reproduce
Move the toolchanger manuel with hand on the left and front in the corner. If you now perform the AutoHome, there is to hear a bang because imo the tool changer moves too much against the side/front with full force. It sounds very unhealthy. In my Video there is hear the bang. With more belt tension it is louder. In my case the belt tension is round about 83Hz on booth sides and the Gantry is parallel andjusted.
Expected behavior
You hear a loud bang before homing procedure.

I believe I have the same (or similar) started to happen with 6.2.0 (never happened before).
I had it twice after update and i think sequence to reproduce is:
print finishes and i remove it and go to home screen on printer
I go to unload filament (because different one is needed for next print)
the carriage slams full speed (or really high speed) causing a loud slam hitting mechanically something on the left side (probably alu extrusion). It is really loud bang.
it goes to do the homing sequence
Never happened before the 6.2.0 update. After it happened twice. Unfortunately I do not remember what was FW version before (i did not do every single update).
Printer model
XL
Firmware version
