From: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/after-updating-publishpress-planner-4000-posts-were-added-to-the-notification-m/

Hello. When I updated WordPress to 6.6.2 and PublishPress Planner to 4.5.1, 4000 new posts were automatically created in the notification menu of PublishPress Planner. As a result, WordPress became slow and the performance of the site decreased. Is this a bug caused by a version update of PublishPress Planner? If it’s not a bug, why was the notification posted automatically? Even if I updated the version of WordPress used by another site, no notifications were posted to PublishPress Planner. I am using PublishPress checklist only on this site, but maybe the plugins are not compatible with each other?
