[EPIC] Redesign get-started docs hub to accommodate new product-centric docs information architecture

This year, we evolved the Pulumi docs structure/information architecture to be product-centric, focusing on Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Pulumi ESC, Pulumi Cloud, and Pulumi Insights. However, the existing Pulumi /get-started/ landing page (Get Started with Pulumi) was not redesigned to reflect this new structure. The landing page now has a confusing set content to guides that pivot on cloud, highlighting ESC and Insights along side IaC specific cloud guides.

Objective
This project aims to redesign the get-started section to integrate with the new product-centric docs. The redesign should improve user orientation around Pulumi products without impacting key metrics as this section serves as a critical entry point for new users trying Pulumi.
